The Experience & Co. was founded by Lori Spicer Robertson—a creative executive, strategist, speaker, and experience architect with more than two decades of leadership across corporate, nonprofit, philanthropic, and community-centered organizations.
Throughout her career, Lori has helped leaders and organizations navigate change, strengthen culture, and create experiences that inspire connection and lasting impact. Her work brings together strategy, facilitation, leadership development, and thoughtful design to help people move from ideas to meaningful action.
